WV Hip Hop Legend DOCESAR is set to release his next project with SOUNDVIZION Entertainment. DOCEASAR, a member of Huntington WV elite hip hop crew SELFMADE RECORDS, is currently working on his new solo project, and has worked out a agreement with Soundvizion Ent CEO Eric Jordan to promote and distribute the project.
