In no particular order
- Nah Nitti - great mic presence
- A Teezy - radio hit potential
- City - his buzz was crazy in Charleston until he was locked up, he's out and ready to do damage
- Phyr Squad - big club record/crossover potential
- Mack Menace - talented MC who just needs to drop music, was the best member of Holla Boy
While some of these artists may have had a track here and a track there or in the case of the Phyr Squad just dropped their first CD (that got any kind of push at all because I had never heard of one of theirs before). These are the 5 artists that I expect to see get mentioned up with the most popular artists in WV this coming year. We'll see who grinds til they shine!
