Deep Jackson has been delivering quality hip hop from the mountains of southern WV with consistency this year. Dude finally steps into the video game with a newcomer, (to me at least) Roosevelt Films. I see Ruffner Ave in the video, Roosevelt Center? or Roosevelt Oliver? If anybody knows... let us know.
